Michael Christian has written for and worked with music industry recording artists such as Kingdom, Vernessa Mitchell, Carol Dennis, Ondrea Duvernay, The Williams Brothers, Freddie Jackson, Najee, Ray, Goodman & Brown, Alfonzo Blackwell, John White, Dayton, Marion Meadows, Alex Bugnon and Melba Moore. Working as a songwriter, studio vocalist and associate producer on several record label projects has positioned his growth flow into a present day artistic blend. His label credits include EMI Records, Capitol Records, Geffen Records, Warner Bros. Records, Scotti Bros. Records, and A&M Records.

Tones of a Breeze
Michael continues to develop into a premiere composer / songwriter while broadening his vocal arrangement and music production skills. His goal is to offer, globally, a spiritual breeze of tonal journeys, connecting creation with Creator:  A healing balance of socially accountable lyrics and intricate melodies, riding jazz infused, adult contemporary wings of music therapy. Michael is currently writing material for his upcoming live performances and studio tracks, "A Breeze from Lokoja," under BFL Productions. He will perform as a Singer/Musician and Spoken Word Artist.

Founded by Michael Christian in 1994, Lyricland Music Group (LMG) is the Creative Manager and Publishing Administrator for all musical works of Michael Christian, aka Christian Lokoja. Michael Christian’s first songwriting work was an R&B uptempo collaboration for New Contemporary R&B group artist “Dayton,” titled “Nobody Else.” Michael now claims 14 works in multiple genres, including R&B, Adult Contemporary, Contemporary Jazz, Pop, Gospel and Contemporary Christian. Four of those works are published by Lyricland Music Group (LMG). LMG is an affiliate with the Broadcast Music Incorporated (BMI). the Harry Fox Agency (HFA), and the Mechanical Licensing Collective (MLC). LMG's current and future Creative Management projects include Christian Lokoja's "Breeze From Lokoja" Album CD (in Song Development status). Breeze From Lokoja is a multi-genre musical expression promoting social responsibility and spiritual accountability through music and the arts. Michael Christian will challenge his life long struggle with Essential Tremors to perform publicly. his instrumental and vocal compositions.
